The Trident usually has a line of people waiting to enjoy the small and inviting atmosphere and a few outside tables. The cafe serves coffee via a manual-press barista. There aren't hundreds of different styles and flavors to choose from. There are the standard drinks: espressos, makkiottos, mochas and the like. There's no froufrou "grande" this and "frappa" that.
