Cheaters, liars, overpriced and many damaged products. we rented and then bought a instrument there. they told us it was new, but actually we were certain that several parts were were scratched, and some parts were missing.

when they showed us th instrument, there was a user manual and warranty in there, but when we got home, we found out that the manual and warranties had been taken away. we went back to ask them, but they denied they took the manual and warranty.

we did some research for the same instrument, and we found out that everything lafayette music sells is way overpriced. so, we tried to return it after 2 days, but they rejected it.

Do not buy or rent anything there! many of their products are used or damaged, and they charge way too much, and they have a very unfair policy.

You're a lot better off buying from a different retailer.
