Billy and his crew are honest reliable and very helpful- would recommend everyone use this shop!!!!!! You can't beat the service and friendly atmosphere.
This shop replaced my wheel bearings (a year ago) and the very next day I brought it back in because it was making a weird noise. They told me to bring it back when it got worse. I did and apparently the shop was under new ownership. The new owner replaced the bearings in one wheel under warranty. ....4 months later I am still having issues with my wheel bearings and paying another shop to redo the bearings in both wheels. We will continue to avoid.
NOT RECOMMENDED!! My mother's was towed here to see what the problem was. After diagnosing it they asked for over $550. She told them to not proceeded with any repairs. The next day I her son got the part needed for O'Reilly Auto Parts for $100 less than they priced me out for (same exact manufacture) . Then they charged my mother for work that she did not authorize (cleaning the battery and installing a headlight, $50). Although they claim she did give authorization, end the end its her word against their word and in order to get the car released to her she had to pay the $50 on top of the $60 diagnostic. I fixed the part in a nearby lot in 30 minutes on my own, and have never been trained in any mechanics. The entire time they were rude and disrespectful. Over all, Centennial Auto Repair quote very high, rude, untruthful. Don't let them try to screw you, just go some where else and save money!
Did a great job helping my wife having tire low pressure signals on the dash. Found a problem needing the replacement of the tire, advise well on the replacement and we very personable.
Love Centennial. Fred is always wonderful to do business with. Fair and honest. they have serviced and repaired my BMW and Ford.
Going the extra mile. Years ago when I owned older cars, I routinely had Centennial do any needed repairs. I was always dealt with fairly and politely, and found the work very thorough. Recently, though, the "guys" at Centennial went out of their way to really help me out when a snow plow driver scraped across the back of my bumper while the car was in the Centennial lot awaiting service. Even though Centennial was in no way liable or responsible for the accident, they went out of their way to track down the driver through the plowing company. They could easily have said "tough luck", but they went the extra mile, and I really appreciate it!
HONEST and reliable. I don't know about these other reviewers, but I have been going to Centennial for 5+ yrs. I trust NO ONE else with our cars. They even go to the length of trying to find good deals when I need parts. My household has 4 cars, 3 of which are driven everyday, and we have never had a problem with any of them. The people at Centennial are good people and where locals go to get their car fixed, reliably.
My car got impounded!. My car broke down and I had it towed to Centennial Automotive. They determined the engine needed to be replaced. The manager of Centennial helped me to understand my options. My first instinct was to donate the car, but I was approached by one of their workers who asked if I would sell the car to him instead. Long story short . . I left the car in his possession . . . He moved the car to a parking lot where it was towed . . . He told me he wasn't going to buy the car after all. . . I ended up paying $450 to get out of the impound!
Absolutely no quality in products and service. AVOID. They have no quality controls in place. I purchased a set of tires from them. A few months later one of them blew out while driving on highway, They replaced it for free - citing it as a defective tire. Less than 20 miles on the newly replaced tire, it too blew out, just as I was getting off the highway. They replaced it for free again - just 2 hours after they replaced it the first time. They cited the second instance as an installation error. I would avoid this auto shop at all costs - your safety depends on it.
