Incomplete service. We took my wife's Highlander to Boulder Toyota for scheduled maintenance and some additional service (to the tune of ~$2000). Part of the standard service was replacing the cabin air filter and engine air filter. Later, when we brought the vehicle to Grease Monkey for an oil change, we found out they never replaced the cabin filter cover and broke off/removed all the clips that attach the engine cover. If you pay exorbitant dealer service fees you would hope they at least know what they are doing.

Had a great experience. Had a great experience buying a used Toyota from Deian. Nice people, well organized, and very quick when doing a cash deal. I would go back again.

I'm convinced. Salesman Scott Vanderschel "Vandy" was just as passionate selling me a Corolla as he would have been if it would have been a Lexus- i'm convinced. I went home and told my wife about him....she's a marketing professor.

Very considering. The sales person was very considering giving that i was traveling a lot while looking vehicels and he kept me up to date on issues and trade in discussions by e mail.

Very professional. The whole sales staff was very professional including the finance manager and everyone else i talked to at Boulder Toyota Including Vinny Another sales person who just happen to give me some more favorable info on the car.
