Keep up the good work!!. As I had stated in the first survey I was asked to complete, the only negative comment I would have regarding my recent experience is that a greasy handprint was left on the driver's side door panel near the window. I was very impressed however when within only about an hour after submitting my first survey responses, I received a call from the customer service manager offering to clean the spot at no cost and at my convenience. I appreciate the prompt follow up and offer. I would like to also mention that the process of making an appointment is much easier now. I spoke with two different women during the process of booking and confirming my appointment and it was refreshing how friendly, professional, and helpful they were. (I am so sorry that I do not remember their names.) Keep up the good work!!
Nothing but good. I've used Chris every time but once on my service visits. He's very easy going, knowledgeable and responsive. Never had anything but good experiences and quick servicing. If I come back, i would recommend Chris and his team. Thank you Chris.

Nicest people!. Mike Valois is one of the nicest people i have ever met, He always listens, Never pushes anybody to the side, Always takes time out of his day to listen! He really thinks a lot of his customers.
I appreciate it all!. I appreciate the friendly greeting upon arriving, I have never been standing waiting for someone to help me. (Unless of course there are other people in line which is normal). The service always takes the amount of time I am told and I appreciate when the head of the service team comes to talk to me if there is anything my vehicle needs such as a battery or filter. I never feel I am being "sold" something I don't need. My questions are always answered. The customer service aspect of Boulder Toyota is excellent. I really appreciate the 3 oil changes/tire rotation/vehicle inspection for $75. It is a worthwhile purchase. I have mostly worked with Bill Waggle and he is always friendly, helpful, answers any questions I have. I recommend Boulder Toyota to others. In fact a friend of mine said they were going to switch and make the drive to Boulder to go to Boulder Toyota after me telling them about the great service.
Good buy. I bought my Acura from Boulder Toyota. I was looking for a used Acura and the sales person helped me find it.
