Did not follow clear instructions

I explicitly, unambiguously, and clearly told the technician exactly what I wanted captured from a VHS tape for duplication to DVD, and the technician acknowledged my instructions. The technician subsequently took it upon himself to make a decision not to include several minutes that I explicitly had instructed to include. Therefore, I did not receive what I had requested and for what I paid.
