Ick. Horrible Customer Service...the attendant taking in consignments was condescending and rude. You would think she works for Prada the way she acted, not a consignment store delighted to be offered Prada. The clothing was more worn than one would expect from a high end consignment as they claim to be and the selection was out-dated.

Great shop bad advertising. Rags is a great environment to shop, great customer service, is always a great pleasure to shop there. The only thing is when i send e-mailers i receive to others or send people to their website they are less than impressed. The advertising does not do the store justice. The quality of images and layout gives it a low end look when they constantly push the fact that they are a high end consignment shop. Not good for pulling new customers in.

Overall very nice. I recently discovered rags a few months ago and am very impressed with the establishment. The consignment, although very picky about selection, is the best split in town and almost everything they take sells. Their selection is very varied and everything is in excellent condition for a second hand store. The customer service is not the best however I've found that the younger girls on register seem more eager to help than the older women in the back, and they are always ready to give opinions and helpful suggestions on outfits. Rags also has a nice selection of jewelry, but it seems a tad over priced. The lighting also needs some work; at night it is often hard to see the clothes. Overall my experiences there have generally been positive. The manager is also very friendly and often chats with customers, which i find very appealing. I would definately recommend checking this place out.

Women in store are SUPER rude!. I have shopped and consigned with Rag's Consignment in the past. They do have some nice items, and the store is impeccably organized and shoppable. However, every time I have been in the store, shopping or consigning, the women in the store are very rude! I have no idea why someone, or some people, think that this is okay to act this way. Come on, your taking people's USED clothing! They have an heir that they think they are better than you. I don't get it, especially when I am contributing to the success of their store. I have taken LOTS of nice namebrand items in to consign, and they have made quite a bit of money on my things. It was nice to see that others feel the same way about the snotty attitudes residing at Rag's Consignment. I have since found a fabulous place to take my clothes. They split 50/50 not 60/40, and the BEST thing is...They are very friendly and congenial.

DONE with this place - terrible customer service. I've been consigning clothes with Rags to Riches for years despite the fact that the customer service is (much) less than stellar and you don't make much on the clothes you consign (even though their prices seem to have been continually creeping up over the years). But here's the straw that broke my back . . .

I used my store credit to purchase an item. After arriving home, I noticed a stain that I hadn't seen in the dim light of the dressing room. When I returned to the store, the manager first suggested that I try spot-cleaning the item. (It wasn't a stain that was going to come out with spot-cleaning.) She then informed me that the store "couldn't" put money back in my account.

Umm, how 'bout the store accepting responsibility for selling a item that's not wearable? Sure, the staff could have missed the stain when accepting them. Sure, I could have noticed it earlier. But how about treating your customers well? (Who, after all, provide the items you sell.)

I'll be consigning elsewhere.

Good Merchandise, Customer Service Needs Improvement.. Like the merchandise. I'm a picky shopper, so I don't usually find exactly what I'm looking for, but I think they have a very good selection.

But -- the employees could use some customer service training. Often, they seem more interested in socializing with each other than paying attention to the register. If I'm waiting at the register, I want to spend money there, so don't treat me like an afterthought. No deliberate rudeness, but a little training is in order.

Not Worth Shopping Rags Consignments. I realize it's great to recycle used clothing but not with the expensive prices that are found at "Rags Consignments". Prices are very expensive for used clothing and good customer service can not be found in this consignment shop!

Fun...great items!!!!. Fun place to shop. Friendly staff.....awesome clothing and shoe finds. I will remain a loyal customer for years to come.

Holy Ugly Betty Batman!. It was about a week ago, or so I was watching Ugly Betty. What pray tell does this have to do with Rags to Riches? Well...Betty went to the Broadway play Wicked in the show and what did she have on? The same Nanette Lepore cashmere sweater I had just purchased from Rags!!! So it's true, the items at Rags are current and fabulous! (yes, it was Betty but even she has some great taste when it comes to cashmere)

Marni, Miu Miu and Marc Jacobs, oh my!. We shop there and consign there all the time. Definitely the best value for consignments in Boulder. We've had some great finds there, including Plenty by Tracy Reese dress, Marni shoes, Miu Miu shoes and Trina Turk pants. They have nice clothes and good shoes. Staff is very nice. They have pretty good pricing and occasional sales for customers on their mailing list.
