Went into Earl's very stressed out, I was in the middle of a job and my mower broke down in my customers yard. I could not move it. I went to Earl's with only a shredded bar code, no model number or anything, yet they took the time to match me up a belt out of over 100 of them. They were busy at the time too. Will use them again for all my equipment.

Beware of the $45 non-refundable deposit when you drop off your machine for repair. They later contacted me with an estimate for an outrageous amount but I was stuck either losing my money or letting them fix it for way too much money. No more Earl's for me.

I took something to Earl's to be repaired, and unfortunately it was unrepairable. I was charged a $45 deposit, even though they couldn't repair it. When I talked to a "manager", she was incredibly rude when I told her that I was not properly explained about the deposit. Not only did she ignore what I was trying to say, but she hung up on me!!! I would never recommend them because of their incredibly poor customer service and for taking my money!!!
