Worst Experience EVER!. Not only was I overcharged--$40--for an incompetent stylist to straighten my hair, not even wash, cut, or color it, but it was a painful experience too. The flat-iron that was used kept pulling single pieces of hair out; the "stylist" claims it was because my hair needed conditioning. Really, what I needed was for the woman to use a half decent flat-iron and straighten ALL of my hair, not just the bottom section. I had poor results at a price that nobody should have to pay. I regret ever going in there.

Horrible haircut. My wife had her haircut at Great Clips. Horrible results, and I cannot imagine how the store can survive. I strongly suggest not to waste your money to get your hair worse.
