In Short – Located just off the Pearl Street Mall, this is a charming boutique that offers both casual and dressy clothes. The owners stock the shop with quality accessories and clothes that bring the best of both coasts to Boulder. The inventory includes dressy outfits as well as career casual separates by designers such as Jenne Maag, Trina Turk, Nanette Lepore and Carilyn Vaile, whose sportswear collection specializes in fun, sophisticated clothing.
Great gifts for me!!

As a visitor of Knit Wit when I am in town I often get a few pick me ups that help my wardrobe! I always find something that can't live without, and more! WIth a birthday coming up I had hinted to my fiance that I always loved Knit Wit's early sweater shopping. To my surprise the hints worked and I unwrapped a new sweater when my day came! Thank you Knit Wit for helping my fiance make my birthday sooo very special! Can't wait till next year!!!
- Pros: Helpful!
appallingly rude customer service

i bought a dress at Knit Wit which after a few wears fell apart in it's lining. This was, of course a very expensive dress. 'Pam' took one quick look at it and condescendingly recommended a repair tailor. She refused to give me any contact information for the manufacturer and implied that I must have over worn it or over washed it! I was truly appalled by her. Yes, the clothes in the store are interesting and unusual but the service belittling and vacuous.
Love this Store for almost 15 years

If you are fussy, love trends but don't love everyone having the same outfit you are wearing Knit Wit is for you. I bought most of my favorite outfits saved them as I got older knowing one day I would get pregnant and have a baby. Last year, I pulled out from the archived my 1993 $200 overalls and tunics that were very fashionable back then and work them as maternity. People would stop me and ask me where did you get that outfit? Knit Wit to this day still amazes me and everytime I am in Boulder which isn't enough I stop by and spend a few hundred bucks on something I wear for a long long time. Pam, the owner put me into 2 Kooba belts and a long tight white tee-shirt that I basically lived in for 2 years. I reside in San Francisco and I still haven't found my Knit Wit!
- Pros: boutique original
- Cons: pricey
