Taking my business elsewhere.... The staff was completely rude to my mom and brother. My mother went in looking for "fit-flops" or something similar. A simple "no, I haven't heard of those," or "no, we don't carry those," would have sufficed. But, after my family had turned around and continued browsing, the two employees began talking amongst themselves, saying something along the lines of, "why don't you just lose weight the "regular" way?" I used to frequent this shop, but I think I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I love their shoes!!. The Pedestrian Shop is honestly one of my most favorit stores in Boulder!

They have such a great selection of comfortable shoes, and they are so CUTE too! I have never seen such a great selection of comfortable shoes in one place!

Also the staf is always very friendly and helpful! They are more than willing to bring out several boxes of shoes until you find the pair that is perfect!

I consistently buy a pair or two of shoes each season from the Pedestrian Shops! Good shoes are hard to resist!

Plus I love not having to drive to Flatirons to get this kind of selection!!

Great shoes, service lacks in every way. I do love the shoes they sell at this store and I am a shoe person for sure. I also like customer service though. The couple times I've come in, the employees haven't acknowledged me and talk amongst themselves. When I finally got someone to help me, he was nice for about 5 minutes and then a friend of his came in and he completely ignored me. I went up to the counter to buy the shoes and it was 10 minutes and no one noticed I was standing there, so I just left without the shoes. Get it together guys! Pearl Street needs a great shoe store with great service.

LOVE this shoe store, however. You can't beat this shoe store for the quantity of good quality shoes that are comfortable! I look forward to going every time I visit Pearl Street in Boulder. However, the sales help left a lot to be desired on my visit this last weekend. Very unhelpful and borderline rude. It was extremely busy in the store, so I'm hoping it was a fluke. I will go back however because I love the store & the experience of shopping Pearl Street.
