awesome little dive bar.
i want to make one thing very clear for you people who are looking up reviews, trying to decide on a good restaurant. there is a very BIG difference between a restaurant that happens to serve alcohol, and a bar that happens to serve food. this is a BAR.
would never even consider ordering food here after the concoctions i've watched the bartenders mix up ($10 pitcher of 3 or 4 kinds of hard alcohol with about an inch of soda on top + a couple of straws, you'd need help with this one its called THE VOLCANO), the busted up pool table, the always classy "sam was here" type stuff written all over the bathrooms... i was floored to find out that it was even a restaurant! after many a drunk night stumbling up the stairs to the rooftop bar/dj booth/dancefloor and tumbling back down them again to continue dancing my butt off, i would only suggest going here to have a good time.
did not deliver. This is the second time I have had this happen to me! The order was never delivered after waiting one hour for delivery I called back spoke with the manager and the delivery driver was sure to be on his way soon, but never arrived!
Horrible Service at Bar. After attending K's china bar for a friend birthday I must say it is among the worst bars I have ever been to. First it took me 30 min to even get the drunk bar tenders attention where he proceeded to angrily ask me what I wanted while shouting about how he was not getting any tips. I ordered a cranberry vodka which had absolutely no alcohol in it. He said it was 3.50 so I left a 5. Soon after the same bartender approached me yelling about how I did not come and receive my change when I explained I was leaving him a tip. He shoved 2 dollars in my hand and walked away angrily while I protested. Horrible rude experience, will never return there.
Avoid this restaurant. The price is cheap, but the food is not good. The most concern is food hygiene. The environment is not comfortable at all, or I should say it is very dirty. Although the restaurant is named for China, the food is not authentic. I noticed that the cookers are not Chinese, not even Asian.
Great Chinese For The Price. The food was a little dry and over done but can't complain too much because of the price. Their indoor eating area is small. I overall had a good experience.
