In Short – This cozy space just off the west end of Pearl Street features shaped concrete curves and a back room/bar with dark woods and maroon curtains. The restaurant is crowded most nights so wise customers arrive early; smaller parties often just head to the bar. The food is homey and delicious--not big-bucks Italian, but great. Pizzas are New York-style, which means a sizable slice with a fairly thin crust. Pasta portions are large and impressive.
Super chill, awesome food

This is the kind of great little place that Boulder really lacks. A bit funky, relaxed, unpretentious, awesome. You can have all the other yuppyfied, cookie cutter snob shops. I am sticking to what's real! Killer happy hour (1/2 price on everything from the bar. Including bottles of wine), best pizza in Boulder (that's not necessarily saying much but it is delicious), great music on the stereo, and a staff that is friendly and cool.

The owner is a little nuts. The food is ok but most everything is smothered in sauce. The interior needs an update in a major way.
Great Italian Food!

When we went out for Halloween we enjoyed the restaurant. It had a old New York rustic feel. The food was inexpensive, and had big portions. In addition, we went during happy hour and the beer was half-price. A good bonus is that the parking in front of the restaurant (if you can find a spot) is free. In addition, it is located only a few blocks away from the main tourist avenue, Pearl Street.
- Pros: Great portions, Great value
