Rude service. Sat at the bar while we waited for a table, the bartender was nice, but SLOW... Finally sat down and our server was down right rude! I had the filet, I ordered Med. rare, and it showed up still bleeding asked them to cook it a little more, came back black, burned... When she set it down I was like you are kidding me right. She what you said it was to rare the first time...

I won't be back!

A favorite spot, for the well-bred Boulder local, to mix great steaks and seafood with a choice wine list.. In Short
The dimly lit restauarant features a massive, award-winning wine room teasingly displayed through glass at the entrance. Retro style is expressed in the black and white checkered tile, natural exposed wood and surrounding booths. On Friday afternoons an older, business crowd gathers in the sophisticated bar for happy hour and to catch the game. The menu, which changes monthly with weekly specials, focuses on traditional American meat and seafood dishes with an Asian influence.

disappointed. Went to Dolans after hearing rave reviews about the food, wine, and atmosphere. Waitress was rude and they wouldnt let us use a coupon we had recieved in the mail the week before. Had the filet and it was ok but definitely not great. The swordfish was a little better and the vegetables were good.

Great date spot. My husband and I enjoy the atmosphere very much, the comfortable elegange is a good in between- nice place to dress up for but certainly not necessary. The servers are always friendly, and the wine list is great. My favorite item is the calmari, his the steak, and we love the creme brulee.

always a treat. dolans would cater a number of the events i have attended so on a whim, i decided to try out the restaurant.

what a treat it has been the 5 or so times i have been back in about as many months. always good food, with at times inattentive service--if you dont get caught up so much on that and just enjoy the experience you will assuredly have a great meal.

service with a smile. My fiancee and I went to Dolans to celebrate our engagement. We were out-of-towners who could not have been happier with the service! We have never had service like we did there- From our waitress to the manager and even the chef, everyone was unbelievably kind! The food was amazing too- I have eaten in many steak houses and the steak I had at Dolans can more than hold its own at any of them-the mussells were great too! Also, the wine list is pretty extensive-Overall a truly fantastic experience.
