Best Nepalese & Indian cuisine ever.. This restaurant is now called Namaste Nepal. It has the best Nepalese and Indian food ever. one of the best south Asian food ever . you have to go there if you are in boulder.

Meadows Shopping Center spot offers visitors a chance to sample Nepalese cuisine.. In Short
This little spot features prayer flags hanging from the ceiling and statues of gods decorating several areas. The menu includes momos, a Nepalese dumpling filled with spicy vegetables and dipped in a tomato sauce made with garlic, ginger and chilis. Stuffed roti is a flat bread stuffed with potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and spices. Many vegetarian dishes make meat seem unnecessary.
