Very Bad Service. Cold, gross food. Waited a long time and when asking why, waiter was so rude my daughter started crying.

After we finally did receive our food, it looked like someone had smashed it with a hammer. I went and complained to the on staff manager and he refused to refund our money. He told me he didn't need my business and told me get out very loudly. I was extremely embarassed.

Bad service!!!. Had breakfast here for the first time last weekend. The a.m. sandwich I ordered (eggs, cheese & avocado on a gigantic biscuit) was yummy, but it wasn't worth enduring the utterly dreadful (excuse the pun) service. Maybe my hippie tolerance is too low or something, but I have no patience for service that bad. They were slow and belligerent, I had to ask for coffee, cream, silverware and a to-go box multiple times before they got around to bringing any of it to me.
