This little sub shop has more selections than Boulder has restaurants..
The Scene
Lined with cozy wooden booths and leftover Beatles posters from its days as the Yellow Submarine, your taste buds will tell you that while the name may change, the sub stays the same. Sitting inside provides you with a couple of TV's for entertainment or lounge on the patio and watch the world pass by. The tables outside fill up quickly with indulgent college students on warm spring afternoons, but the ambiance remains relaxed and friendly.
The Chow
Spend hours perusing the menu board which is jam-packed with every kind of hot or cold sub your heart desires. For vegetarians try the hot veggie sub with marinara sauce, meat eaters will adore any one of the Italian combos. Planet Sub advertises the best margaritas in town, although you might not expect it from this deli-style atmosphere, try one and you just might have to agree.
