Great brisket. The beef brisket was perfectly cooked, but the barbeque sauce has been watered down with vinegar. It almost looked like they poured barbeque sauce over it and then poured vinegar on top of that. Still amazing barbeque, though.…

Worst BBQ in Colorado. I went here the other day hoping for so good BBQ I was wrong. I had the overpriced brisket which was fatty and greasy, not to say the BBQ sauce was bad to. The guy took 20.00 from my friend so he not get to eat there gross food. That not good for buiness to steal from people who are buying food from you. My other friend ate there food to and said the chicken was very greasey. I do not recomend the place to anyone. Worst BQQ I had better at a fast food place. The owner was very rude to my friend that he stole the money from.…
Avoid altogether.
My first experience dictates that this guy needs money and business is not good. My buddies ordered and paid for their food. My mistake was giving the owner/server money before getting my food. He
said I did not pay. My suggestion is that you pay after seeing the food in your hand. I was accused of not paying and after a brief tirade with the owner, I refused "the supposed change," lost the $20 bill and walked out after being told to calm down. I refused the food. There's no reason I would walk into any establishment and walk out without receiving anything for the cash; unless I was straight out accused of stealing. Which I was. I spoke to his neighbors and they say the don't like the owner themselve. Contacting the business bureau.
From my buddies' experience, the food was watered down, fatty and had too much vinegar.
And to think I was going to bring my guitar in and jam with the guy. What a let down. A major insult to the honest and professional dining businesses in the county.…
Good ol southers style BBQ. Growing up eating a lot of BBQ, this girl has a finicky palette. But if I ever get a hunger pain in the bottom of my stomach for BBQ, I go to Daddy Bruce's. It reminds me of my childhood when my cajun daddy would slow cook a big brisket and slop on the sauce @ serving time. Smokey meat and Tangy Sauce! Not to mention the man behind the name makes this little place worth visiting time & time again.…
