Food is Great, Parking is Terrible.
Chipotle is always delicious, no matter where you get it. The place is clean and I'm a big fan of the hilarious bearded dude who works the register on Tuesdays. buuuut.....
There's one big reason not to go here, and that reason is: parking. The parking on Pearl St. is a nightmare! You might as well park at the Boulder Public Library and walk, because you'll never find parking during lunch and dinner hour or on weekends. Bike there if you can, because it's so not worth the hassle of finding a parking spot (or paying for parking if you do manage to find one).
Tacos and burritos are custom-made with fresh ingredients at this industrial-chic Mexican chain..
In Short
Boasting a sleek decor of blond wood, raw steel and exposed pipes, this taqueria hums with conversation and an eclectic mix of piped-in salsa, rock and reggae. Patrons--mostly on-the-go professionals and parents with kids in tow--line up at an assembly-line style counter for hard and soft tacos or burritos (regular, fajita-style or without the tortilla) made with fillings like grilled chicken or steak, free-range pork or shredded beef.
BLAND!!!!!!!!!!.
Nasty, bland, tasteful food brought to you by McDonalds.
With so many killer burrito/Mexican food options in Boulder don't waste your time on this flavorless and soulless fast food. Hell, Taco Bell has more flavor!
