"Hard Rock Cafe" of shoe stores - booo
by masher86 at Citysearch
I went to the store twice and stood around for 30 minutes without anyone even approaching me. The store is staffed with college kids/teenagers who are supposed to be the fitting "experts?" Yeah right. Once they condescend to speak to you, they are rude and impatient. Half the store is stupid clothing and flip-flops. There is no reason to shop here anymore, as any good running store has treadmills&video.
This store has famous "owners" who are never there -- and lots of autographs and stuff hanging around -- if there was an overpriced "Hard Rock Cafe" of running stores, this is it. This place lost my business. I went across town to Fleet Feet and they are now my shoe store of choice.
- Cons: Bad Service, Attitude
