Place Needs Five Star People. I have lived here for over 9 years, the property manager and team still do not know how to budget. There is little if not any communication on the Board of Directors. One sided. We need better communication thoughout our community.

Great Place. I enjoyed coming here to visite my mother over the years and found this place to be wonderful. I have yet to see the new remodel I have heard somuch about, but I am sure that it is nice. It is to bad some people that live there do not take pride in where they live...I have nothing to say about the managers because they do a great job. They even came to see my mother when she became very ill. Now what kind of managers do that, that you know of? Thanks to all those who have a invested intrest there and keep up the good work...

Great Management and centeraly located in Boulder. A beautifaul property in Summer.. Nice people.. This is a great property and is well kept. Nice people and a quiet neighborhood. Pool and spa. Steamroom and Sauna are opened 24-7. The Building managers Adam and Yvonne are the top in Boulder.... Hope you all find this place to be as wounderful as I have....
