it’s a pretty good place. I just wanted to say I’ve been living there for about a year now and I renewed my contract because it’s a pretty good place. Great location and they take care of the place pretty well. Mostly the good location too was what I was concerned about and it seems pretty safe. So I renewed for another year and everything seems to be feasible when I call like for repairs and to get things done they get the people there pretty fast. So that always helps, because we had a boiler problem last year they got somebody out there that night. Thank you very much.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!. Don't be fooled by the seemingly discounted prices for Boulder rentals. A huge rip-off.



The apartment was in terrible condition;

large holes in the floor, rotted wood, insects infesting the kitchen, nails sticking out of the walls, broken appliances,

window screens missing, and the most unreliable plumbing I've ever experienced.



The advertised washers and dryers were broken for more than half the time I lived there.



I made a list of the damages when I moved in, and sure enough I was charged for those very same (still unaddressed) damages when I moved out.



Good luck trying to reach these people on the phone if you have a complaint. It can take anywhere from a day to 2 weeks for them to get back to you, on their terms.



And don't expect maintenance either. Things that were promised (such as a replacement for the missing window screen or broken toilets) remained neglected even after moving out a year later. Yet they still charged me for it!



Numerous bicycle thefts occurred on the premises, even when locked up.



I would NOT recommend this company. Save yourself the headache and frustration and rent from a reputable company that actually cares about its work and clients.

If you do have to do business with them, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! including work orders and a list of all complaints upon moving in.

Very unprofessional. The sales people are very rude and do not call you back. Ever. They don't show up to showings on time, do not cater to you (the customer), show the home to more than 4 people at a time, and rent places I would not wish upon my worst enemy. I am not impressed.

Matrix Real Estate is the worst rental company in Boulder. Matrix Real Estate is a horrible rental company. They are very unprofessional and I was constantly provided with inadequate service and disrespect while renting from them. I do not recommend renting for Matrix unless you want the rent from the worst rental company in Boulder, CO.
