horrible experience - twice

We stayed on two occasions thinking we would give it another chance, however the second time around was the same experience - rude staff and the owner obviously does not know about customer service, so it's no wonder we were the only guests on both occassions...the rooms are dark, smell and the whole place looks like a scene out of "Psycho" - odd pictures on the walls - dirty....and very rude...would not recommend and will never visit again.....honestly they should be closed or reported.

A campgroud of sorts with a great setting, very clean rooms and a friendly staff. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and living room. The price for being so close and yet remote from Boulder is a great deal...and once a customer you get a discount on future stays.

The friendly staff can point you in the right direction if you're looking for something to do. The lodge offers reasonable prices for weeklong visits and has easy access to many tourist destinations, including Indian Peaks Wilderness.
