Amazing Stylist!!. I have been going to this salon for several years and have always found them to be professional, wonderful with reminder calls and overall a calming atmosphere. My stylist that I had been going to for years and really liked couldn't coordinate our schedules ( I do not have a schedule that is predictable and she is in demand) . I was in a bind and asked who was available...they gave me to Elizabeth. I got a great haircut, wonderful color and a brazilian blowout!! I have unruly hair, color challenged with gray dying to come out and I have to say....I am thrilled with the low maintenance of my hair today!! Wonderful Stylist. Elizabeth at On Broadway.

Wonderful place!. I have been going to On Broadway Hair Studio for the past year, and I am very impressed. It is peaceful and friendly....sooooo Boulder. The people who work there have been nothing but friendly to me, without exception. Leeza does my hair, and I just love her. She moved here from L.A. and she works magic with my hair. The first time I went in I asked her to just do what she thought would be good (I was so bored with my old look and I felt so blah) and I came out of there a new person! I felt a good 10 years younger, and so confident and contemporary and stylish. It was an amazing transformation. If you want to feel pampered and cared about, do youself a favor and try On Broadway. I won't go anywhere else.

Chaotic and rude. This place is completely disorganized. I booked wedding appointments here and I called multiple times to confirm and make one small change. Each time I called they rushed me off the phone and consistenetly had a difficult time confirming my appointments. I called 4 days prior to my wedding to confirm and they told me my hair dressor had suffered an injury. No one bothered to call me to tell me, if I hadn't called I have no idea what would have happened. The gal who did my hair on my wedding day did the most fabulous job and I loved it, but if you're booking a wedding and are looking for a zen experience you will not find it here.

Professionals!!!. My friends got me a gift certificate one year for my birthday, so I had to try it out. I even made a last minute appointment and had a gentleman (this was a few years back so I forgot his name...he's still there) cut my hair and has never let me down any of the times I went to him. He always made my hair fall perfectly with layers-difficult for my fine strait hair. I decided to go with another recommendation, somewhere else, that just jammed me up severely....putting me in tears. A couple years later, I met my boyfriend with the most beautiful curly hair. He suggested I go to On Broadway and see Michelle. Blew my mind at how amazing this lady is. She is completely focused in making you look superb! Being from California and Vidal Sasoon educated, this is your lady. Just ask her to make you look fabulous and she will. This lady rocks on all levels!

best massage ever!. this was the best massage i've ever had. the therapist was extremely competent. staff was very nice and the massage went longer because i was there a little early. the room smelled great and all you heard was what went on inside the room, nothing from outside of the room. the music was great. it was magical!

Horrible service. I had called for an appointment several days before the day I wanted an appointment and everything seemed to be in order, but when I arrived it was caotic. They said I didn't have an appointment and I had never been entered into their database. The place looked like a good place I just wish I had been able to get the service I had had scheduled.

For years, the salon component of this spa/salon was on Broadway, but today, it's snuggled in a tranquil, residential neighborhood. An adobe building lined with colorful flowers houses the light and airy spot with a petite waiting area suitable for flipping through magazines, surveying products and playful chatter. A substantial salon accented with antique-style stations overlooks an enclosed outdoor patio--it's separate from the quiet area noted by "shh" signs and equipped with faux-finished massage and treatment rooms.

good place to be pampered. the folks at On Broadway are laid-back and friendly, and very good at what they do. prices are reasonable and service is right on the money. i go there at least once a month for waxing, facials, and great aveda products.
