Good location for CU. Have stayed here a few times. The location is great for CU, especially when you need a suite. The rooms have a seperate bedroom, living room has a pull-out couch which works out well when kids are along. Breakfast is included and is great; eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, toast, yogurt etc. Service is always friendly too.

These comfortable one- and two-bedrooms suites are like private apartments. They come with fully equipped kitchens and work spaces, making them ideal for self-catering families or corporate types who need a place to stay for awhile. The property is located near many Boulder attractions.

The Details
This residential-looking building offers a host of extras, such as coin laundry, laundry service, an outdoor pool, whirlpool and picnic area. It also has a business center and meeting rooms, and can provide office rental and secretarial service. The fitness facilities are surprisingly comprehensive, with a basketball court and walking track. As for the accommodations, they are notably spacious and include two telephones with data ports and voicemail, high-speed Internet access, fully equipped kitchens and dining space for entertaining. A hot buffet breakfast and evening social hour are also included in the daily rate. Special rates are available for long-stay guests.

Large, comfortable rooms, nice "lodge". Two room suites with King bed, cable television, kitchenette with microwave -- popcorn provided. Room was on second floor on road side of hotel, but little or no noise noted. Other Homewood Suites have had noisy heating and cooling systems, but this one seemed quieter. Room was very clean after arriving back each evening. Front desk personnel were unable to answer some basic questions about Boulder, but were otherwise helpful and friendly. Bill was ready at checkout, just had to pickup and go. No indoor pool. Nice breakfast and managers reception in "lodge" to eat and meet with people, nearby shopping within walking distance.
