Terrible Environment, Terrible HOA.
Why do I have to provide even 1 star? I'll start by saying my monthly HOA fee is $200.00 a month and climbing. Miss Miller is the Manager at Hearthwood and she is very rude, inconsiderate and lacks integrity. She refuses to return phone calls or emails. Moving forward through the purchase of my 3rd home, if the HOA is Hudson Companies all bets are off. I refuse to engage or do business with poor slume like the folks from Hudson. My advice, stay far far away from these guys. Honestly, who can afford to pay $200.00 a month for their HOA? Nobody, and if you can you definately want to see action!

God sent Hudson Ideal Companies!.
As a resident and previous employee of Hudson Ideal Companies for the greater majority of four years I think it is safe to say I LOVE this company! With a very extensive background in property management, 50+ years, it is also safe to say they have a pretty good idea of what they are doing. I have had nothing but a great experience with John and Lynn, and all the other managers I have had dealings with. There is a reason most of there properties stay FULL! I would live there, work there, die there, no doubt about it! Good job you guys and God bless!!!

Boulder Slumlord Realty.
Hudson Ideal Co SLUM LORDS 1
Edit Review Gotcha Hudson Ideal Co
Slum lords living in Boulder, running elderly/disabled HUD properties with rules likened to Alcatraz, maintenance by misfits who are untrained. Bad investment, place to 'live', and it's going down by poor infrastructure, a guard of people who love to gossip, lie, tattle, and run out disabled people, or anyone who won't go along with them.As a retired stockbroker, I see Blue Sky laws, HIPPA, ADA, and even HUD guidelines broken daily. As a resident, you are treated like an inmate, and your visitors harassed. If you are caught complaining, there is retribution. Lynn Wing, partial owner and manager, is eager to keep the bottom line, while inflating the value of the apartments to the government (HUD). $812.00 a month for small apartment, no amenities, limited use of community room, laundry. No is their favorite word, and a group given free rent for locking up at 9pm act like prison guards.Don't invest here, move here, or support Hudson Reality because people should be comfortable in their homes. It is a bad investment for financial and ethical reasons.
