KT's original location is a two-story layout with a quiet basement dining room just beneath the main room. A velvet Elvis and piped-in Memphis blues add a nice, homey touch. Takes me back to Memphis!. KT's does a great job on their pulled pork and ribs. The sauces are fine. The "Killer Beans" are missing somethiong they need but have too much of stuff they don't need, so stick to the excellent slaw and the mashed potatoes. I still go with Brothers as the better barbecue place, but I usually go to KTs more often because I live in Broomfield. Great stuff most of the time; occasionally inconsistent.…
