Mediocre at best. I am a mystery shopper for a parents' organization. I found the stores to be mediocre at best in terms of selection; uninspiring. Prices were high in comparision to other stores. You're better off at a chain store where the selection is comparableand at least the prices are lower.

Hmmm... We don't think you actually visited us. We have only one store, and it has almost nothing carried in "chains". So we think you are reviewing another business, or perhaps work for a competitor! We are home grown and locally owned for nearly 30 years, and we love seeing our same happy customers again and again. Our prices are very competitive - we have a little something for everyone. Come see for yourself.

Editorial Review. Toy store stocks goodies for kids of all ages and places an emphasis on playthings that stimulate the child's mind.

Great place to go after school. My kids always beg me to take them to PlayFair after school, and we always feel welcome there. The store is so bright and filled with stuff - we always find something new and different, even if we were only there a few days before. We were just there for one kids birthday club, and the staff made it really fun for her (they send a card to come pick out a small toy for free - how cool is that?!). One of our favorite places.

Magical selection and great service!. This was my favorite place to take my kids, and now the grandkids. We always have to stop at the "silly mirrors" in the entryway, and stomp on the foam rocket. So many things you need help finding them all, and the staff are super friendly. My favorite toy store anywhere.

THE TOY STORE THAT RUINED CHRISTMAS.
THEIR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT IS A DISGRACE-AN OVERALL AMATEUR COMPANY.
I ORDERED FROM 5 DIFFERENT COMPANIES ON-LINE ON 12/14/05. 4 COMPANIES ITEMS WERE DELIVERED BY 12/20 BUT THIS COMPANY DELIVERED ON 12/27!!!!!!!!
I ORDERED SEVERAL MORE ITEMS FROM VARIOUS ONLINE STORES ON 12/20 THAT I DIDN'T NEED FOR CHRISTMAS AND THEY ARRIVED ON 12/23. ALL SHIPPED EITHER UPS,USPS OR FED EX GROUND.
THEY HAVE NO EXCUSE-IT IS UNFORGIVABLE.
THEY QUITE SIMPLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
