Horrible Rental Company. I rented from Omnibus for only one year because of their rude staff. They were constantly coming over to do nonsense repairs ( ie. changing batteries in smoke detectors - which they should do before someone moves in) with no notice whatsoever. The house I rented and that of a friend were both old 1970's style complete with out dated appliances. During move out they did not mention anything about what they would later overcharge me for in cleaning bills. They wrote down false information on the check out list until it suited what they wanted I guess. After my roommate and myself spent days cleaning the house to look better than it did when we moved in (which was stated by Omnibus during the check-out) they still found ways to charge us for things such as floors not being mopped. All in all I will never rent from Omnibus again and would hope nobody would so they would realize their are better ways to run a business. Shame on you Omnibus!!

Terrible Experience. I had been renting at Omnibus Group (Maple Creek Apts) for 5 years. The first year was fine: staff members answered promptly to the requests I had. Unfortunately, after the management changed, things considerably worsen: The landlord came by unannounced to "check on things". This is a violation of a renter’s right to privacy. Also, when I moved in, they promised to replace the carpet but never did. Right after I moved out they finally did!(at least the next tenant would enjoy it). Having an idea of the management's lack of honesty, I made sure to leave the apartment spotless when I moved out so I would receive my deposit back in its complete amount. My frustration reached a peak, when I received less than half my deposit and a letter from the landlord informing me that they had to hired cleaners because I had left the apartment a complete mess. A shameless lie! Their sense of decency, honesty and integrity is so non existing, that they have no problem ripping you off! Do not rent here! And if you are unfortunate to be their tenant already, protect your deposit by taking pictures of every corner of the apartment!

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. Omnibus was a horrible group to rent from. Their staff is rude and lazy. Our apartment was not cleaned when we moved in, the water pressure was constantly changing, our thermostat was broken and they made us pay for the extra charges from the heat bill being too high even though the man who fixed it said it was their fault! They took our entire security deposit for ridiculous charges and then they specifically called us to yell at us for not cleaning the apartment when we moved out, which we did!!!! They were horrible. Do not rent from them!

WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER!!!!!!!!!. A resident (40yr. old man) in the building physically and verbally threatened me (23 yr old female) I had to call the police and file a report. Omnibus made a managerial decision to give me a noise complaint and disregarded my concerns.
