Maintenance responds quickly, monthly statements are mailed out itemizing charges and they include a newsletter which is a really nice touch, and BPM was accommodating to our move-in requests.

I recently moved to this location from another site which BPM manages, and both places have been great. The speed and quality of service that they provide is excellent, and the rates are good too. I would recommend any BPM property.

Our complex is well-maintained and all of our unit's maintenance issues have been addressed promptly and with clear communication. The folks who work in the maintenance office are quick to respond to requests and to follow-up. BPM has really done a very good job for us providing all that we've asked for.

I rented a studio apartment at the Colorado Place Apartments near CU through Boulder Property Management. I enjoyed the apartment very much as it was a nice space for myself and it was very close to campus which was perfect for me when I was a grad student at CU. The rent included utilities which was nice from a budgeting stand point.

Boulder Property Management is a great Management company here in Boulder. They are very professional. When a problem arises maintenance shows up in a timely manner. When you call with questions everyone is extremely friendly and very accommodating. They have a very large selection of properties to choose from so their website is a great place to start when looking for housing in Boulder.

I rented for half a year from these guys in east boulder a half a year after i graduated and don't have a single bad thing to say about these guys. They were accommodating with our initial deposit and move in date.

The rent included utilities which was nice from a budgeting stand point. I never had any need to contact BPM during my stay at the apartment since everything was well taken care of.
