I just wanted to take a moment to say how great my experience with Laura at Housing Helpers has been! I highly recommend this company in general, and Laura in particular, for anyone trying to relocate to the Boulder area. She really went above and beyond to help me find a place. She not only sent me enough pictures of the unit to make me feel very comfortable renting sight unseen, but she gave me so much information about the area I'd be moving into, dog friendliness, accessibility to trails, amenities at the apartment and nearby to where I'd be living, etc. She really made me confident in my move and decision to relocate, and I just can't rave enough about her. When my lease is up I will definitely be contacting her again directly to get the process started for my next place. Can't go wrong with this company, and it's also a company started by women, so you know it's top notch =)

Housing Helpers is awesome! For anyone relocating to Boulder who needs to rent a place sight unseen, Housing Helpers is definitely the way to go. Lindsay Dahm was my rental specialist and she seriously was a God-Send in facilitating this process. She answered all of my emails in a timely manner and did everything she could to help me look at pictures of listings I was interested in. In the end, my boyfriend and I found a steal of a deal with her assistance, which is making me really look forward to the transition to the area now that I don't have to worry about ending up in a crappy, over priced apartment with no amenities. Thank you so much, Lindsay for being so helpful and willing to go all out on finding a place that met our criteria. Definitely would give Housing Helpers (and Lindsay) two thumbs up!

48 hours. That's how long it took from the point when we walked into Housing Helpers and met Laura until we signed the lease on the PERFECT house. Moving in from out of state could have been a nightmare but Laura made it super simple.

As a professional camper and worldly explorer I have encountered the numerous problems that are always associated with finding a place to live. However from Rachel working at reception to April helping me find a place to live I found nothing but helpful and friendly people. I went in with set goals of what I would want and not only did she keep me up to date with what was available but even found me a place that I probably would have never found otherwise. Not to mention how expediently I found my new apartment, and the fact that it was better than I was hoping to find! So big kudos out to the staff at Housing Helpers with a shout out to April for being such a foxy Housing Helper specialist and getting a roof over my head!

Excellent! Ella took care of everything! And the townhouse,fantastic! I think I could stay here forever but my husbands work is finished here so time to move-on. Even the towels are plush& new, comortable beds,very quiet neighborhood here in Longmont. All appliances work great. Love it!
