We've used Housing Helpers for years. We purchased our condos through their real estate department, found roommates for our daughters, and now find renters for our rental units. Everyone at Housing Helpers is great.

A special thanks to Jenn who found us new renters for one of our units in less than one week! She showed the unit, did all of the paperwork, and set us up for electronic signatures. We live about two hours away, so her help was crucial. Thanks Jenn!

We had a very good experience working with Jenn at Housing Helpers. She was extremely accommodating of our schedule and because she was so responsive, we had the whole process of renting completed in a very short time. We would definietly work with her and Housing Helpers again.

I absolutely cannot say enough about how great of a house buying experience I had working with Jodi. I moved to Colorado without even being sure I wanted to buy here- but she asked great questions and really was able to see what neighborhood I would love to live in, and that I did prefer to own vs. rent. I love my condo, neighborhood, and wouldn't have picked this place without Jodi's help. She is very patient, kind, honest, and perceptive...she will help you find the neighborhood, and home that will be perfect for you!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Stephanie and her team. I worked very closely with Jodi to find and purchase a home that I love. Their attention to detail was impressive as was their ability to really connect with a client and truly “take care of them” through the process. Whether it was taking the time to understand what I was looking for, working through details of the close or attending the final walk through of new construction to help me identify things that needed to be addressed - - they were there with me the entire time. Layer this high level of service with their knowledge and expertise of the area and industry and you absolutely can’t go wrong! Plus, I just really enjoyed spending time with them. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I strongly recommend Housing Helpers to serve anyones' housing needs! I could not have been referred to or been better served by any other organization. Jodi Hansen was assigned as my realtor and she provided me with much more personal service, dedication, and patience than I expected to ever receive from a full-service realtor/broker.

I am in no way connected with their business. Do yourself a favor and hire Housing Helpers to help you buy, sell or rent your home. They will provide much better personal attention and quality of service than the many part-time, hobby realtors I came across before meeting Housing Helpers. I certainly look forward to doing business with them, and Jodi Hansen, again in the future!

I was referred to Housing Helpers through a personal friend very acquainted with Housing Helpers' South Metro Area office. I recently relocated after living abroad for over 15 years, and was very nervous with my first-time buying experience. After looking at several properties in south metro area I decided to look to the north, and was referred to the Housing Helpers office in Boulder that handles the entire north metro area.

Jodi was very helpful in all areas of advice, greatly helping me and my family in finding the right price point and neighborhoods to exceed all our expectations. She took the time to make sure that I was educated about the various areas and real estate pitfalls to avoid. She also proved to be very dedicated and focused through price negotiations with sellers. I am glad that I did not go with a national realtor chain - I was not that impressed with the showing agents from the various realtors I had a chance to meet. Her colleague, Kim Avery, was also very helpful in giving me and my wife the lay of the land on north metro schools (public, charter, & private) and Kim played a key role in our decision to relocate in the north Broomfield area.

I cannot give them enough praise. Again, I look forward to giving them my business in the future!

I recently worked with Housing Helpers, Jodi Hansen specifically, to purchase a new home in Boulder. Jodi and the team helped me to understand the market in Boulder and helped me find the best house at the best price (for me) in Boulder. Additionally they have a network of others to help in all areas of the home buying process which proved to be valuable during purchase and after. They made the entire process simple and painless and I would highly recomend them to anyone.

Housing Helpers made it easy! About two years ago, we sold our home in the midwest and moved to Denver. We rented for awhile with a plan to buy a house when our lease ended. Housing Helpers came highly recommended from a few people that we work with, so we scheduled an initial meeting with Stephanie and Jodi. We entered this meeting without expectations, only because we had owned a home before, dealt with realtors in the past, and are picky/ thorough people, especially when it comes to big decsions. In fact, we planned on interviewing at least 3-4 realtors. We brought a long list of questions with us, and they helped answer everything and also asked us a lot about our requirements and priorities. They talked about the process of purchasing and what to expect along the way. After the meeting, we felt very comfortable moving into search mode without the need for additional interviews. Jodi took us for an initial "tour" of about a dozen houses so she could get a sense of what we liked and what we didn't. That was a great day for us to continue with questions about areas, neighborhoods, schools, etc. Jodi listened carefully and was able to get a good understanding of what we reacted to. Jodi began working the MLS searches and put together a few field trips - she was very accommodating of our schedules, and met with us after work and on weekends. Over the next 6 weeks, we spent a lot of time looking at houses, but were not finding our dream home, but Jodi continued to ensure us that the right house was going to come along. On a Friday afternoon, we looked at a house that we fell in love with. We informed Jodi that we wanted to write an offer immediately. Jodi worked with us on Saturday morning to put it together and walked us through everything. We delivered the offer, but found ourselves in a multiple offer situation. During this stressful time, they kept in close communication with us so we knew what was going on. Both Jodi and Stephanie leveraged their real estate knowledge and won us the house within our budget. The inspection, appraisal and the entire closing process went very smoothly thanks to Jodi's expertise and strong reputation within the real estate community. We are very pleased with Housing Helpers and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house. Thanks team for making our dreams come true!

Horrible Service. Our family reached out to Housing Helpers to find a rental property for us. As a result of the horrible customer service we received, we gave up working with them, despite the great properties they had listed. We had a scheduled appointment time to view a listing. When no one showed or called, I called Housing Helpers only to rudely get blamed several times that I had the incorrect time. After I had the email to prove that I had the correct time, Housing Helpers said they'd try to reschedule but didn't follow up until a week later. I asked to reschedule again and still haven't heard back. I would hate to have someone who is trying to rent their home have Housing Helpers represent them. The three people I dealt with were all unaccomodating and unhelpful; some were even downright rude.

Wonderful Experience. Our family relocated to the Boulder area last summer with very little time before school began. Stephanie quickly helped us narrow down not just which home, but the cities, neighborhoods, schools, kids activities, lifestyle, etc. Over a year later, we are so happy with everything. Stephanie is very knowledgeable, connected, professional, responsible, and definitely has a can-do attitude. She negotiated a fantastic deal on our house, and although we feel we could sell it anytime for a profit, we are not going anywhere.

We highly recommend Stephanie & her team at Housing Helpers!

terrible service, terrible experience. I had a terrible experience with Housing Helpers. I would never recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live in Boulder.
