Outstanding Resolution to Problem.
It is one thing for a company to provide good service as part of their normal operations, which they did. But you can really tell how great a company is when you have a problem.
I had our dive equipment serviced at Weaver's, and then had a problem with one of the pieces on a dive.
The folks at Weaver's first truly applogized for the problem, and then before I could even suggest a resolution, they told me how they would fix it and resolve my issue. I was shocked! They exceeded my expectation on how to resolve an issue.
Then they told me in the future how I can test my equipment in their pool at no charge to put my mind at ease.
I highly recommend them and plan to do all of my future dive business with them.
