Best Restaurant In Nederland!. I tried this place with my family on our first of two nights we spent in Nederland while skiing Eldora. Usually we try to sample as much of the local food as we can but after our first dinner we had to go back. Great food, great view, great service. Red and green chili and bison burger very good. Vegan and vegetarian dishes excellent, not just an afterthought. The wings were the best... smoked first then covered with a spicy barbeque sauce subtly seasoned...started sweet but with a mildly spicy backbeat with no vinegary taste.

Great place!. Most people would love this place - it's very good for breakfast and lunch while in the mountains.

Great views, unpretentious atmosphere and an air of ease--served up with haute cuisine.. In short
Sundance views are the draw: mountains, Indian Peaks Wilderness and undisturbed views of the Continental Divide. Breakfast is served until late, and the menu is surprisingly diverse all day long. Large, sloppy burgers are tough to finish. The sandwiches are tall and tasty and the home fries aren't strictly diner-style, with a touch of spice to liven them up. Dinner is heavy on the beef with some fish and chicken thrown in.

Great for breakfast. The breakfast at Sundance is phenomenal--I especially love their breakfast burritos. Haven't had as much luck with dinner. Last time we went all of our entrees were either undercooked (raw trout?) or slightly charred. I would highly recommend the breakfast, though.
