My Xterra failed emission so I brought it to Valley Nissan for a diagnosis. They proceed to up sell me on everything and missed diagnosed the real problem. After a second failed emission test and a look by an honest mechanic I found the real problem was a $50 O2 sensor that I could change my self, not the $2000 fix that these guys wanted which would not have fixed my problem. I found that these guys were pushy and tried to intimidated me into spending lots of money on crap service. I will NEVER be back, I suggest you do the same.

Norm as usual was exceptional. Norm as usual was exceptional. Norm gives the customer the feeling he or she is important every time you come in. Without his customer service attitude it would be hard to give you or any service department an excellent rating.

impressed with the service. I have been to Valley Nissan for service several times now, and every time I have been impressed with the service I have received. Because of this, I will keep coming back. Thank you!
