GREAT STORE... GREAT STAFF! I made a special trip into town this morning to drop off a mandolin for a quick repair but realized that the store didn't open until long after I had to be at work. Having a little extra time, I ran down to the neighboring coffee shop for a quick cup of coffee and happened to run into a Guitars etc. employee who kindly took my instrument and said he would make sure it got in for the repair. I've purchased two guitars from this store, I've taken lessons here, and I've had numerous repairs done by Shane Dooley, the luthier downstairs. Todd and the rest of the Guitars Etc. staff are great and you can’t beat the great service and selection of instruments you’ll find in the store.

Great Music Store. Great Store, very open and inviting with stellar employees... Excellent inventory with a nice collection of botique guitars and amps... Excellent Band and Orchestra instruments, Tons of accessories with in-house rentals (no Music & Arts for several years), and the best independent repair techs around.

Something's not quite right here. Walked in... got a wierd feel about it. nota warm fuzzy feeling about it... smelt a little funky in there and i was not approached of offered any help

Great customer service!!!!!. Walk in to this store and you will find "Guitar Heaven!"

The sales guys will help you if you need it and let you play if you don't. They were really cool and knowledgeable. I didn't have the cash to buy a Les Paul, but the guys still took the time to show me a really cool Squire Vintage Vibe Telecaster. I didn't think I wanted a cheap Tele, but after sitting down with this beast, I had to take it home. It was cool that they took the time to show me this or I would never have known!!! Most places ignore you if you don't have big $$$ to spend. If you go, you have to ask about the "Top shelf" guitars. They have a seperate room with the Custom & rare guitars. Unbelieveable, but at least I know where I'll shop when I do have the cash to buy my dream guitar!! Plus they had free coffee and like to talk guitars! I highly recommend these guys!

Worst attitudes in Longmont. The energy of the sales staff was too pushy and intense. I felt like someone crammed that guitar up my a** as I left. I will never go back. They didn't even carry Alvarez or Roland products. I couldn't find acceptable band instruments for my band program either. Beware, they are linked to Music and Arts and want your first born child before they will rent you an instrument.

Largest Guitar Display in the state. I have had great service from this store and wanted to say, after seeing most of the stores in Colorado....Guitars Etc has a HUGE display of guitars....both high end and beginning. A ton of Gibson, Epiphone, Ibanez, but also some very cool smaller boutique companies like Suhr and Vinetto and New Orleans Guitar Co. Great products/Great Prices/Great people...what more is there?

Nice staff - little selection. The staff at guitar's etc. are friendly and helpful, but the selection leaves a lot wanting. Some basic needs you won't be able to meet in this shop, despite thier selection of acoustics - they fall just short of carrying anything worth spending money on.
