Great!.
Me and my family have been eating at the Armadillos for years and it's still one of our favorites. We just moved to Longmont and not to be disappointed,
They have a great menu for the kids and the prices have remained low (unlike some other places in the area). My husband likes the happy hour and I think they are starting a new lunch menu. Try the chile rellenos! Yum,

My all time favorite!.
This place has been here forever and it's as good as ever! The green chile is wonderful and the perfect spiciness- the carnitas, the shrimp bucket and the shrimp tacos are all on my rotation but you can't go wrong with just a good old bean burrito. If you like really spicy, their extra hot green chile is something to be reckoned with! There's a reason this place has been here for so many years!

Usual Mexican Fare.
The Armadillo has a bit more of a Mexican restaraunt atmosphere in Longmont than what you traditonally see in these chain restaraunts. The food is typical, tamales are a good choice though you need to request one early as they are made daily and once they're gone - they're gone. Myriad of choices on the menu, more than you could ever try in a month's worth of visits. Margaritas are as average as the food, overall a good mexican choice within limited Longmont options.
