My neighborhood place for fun and relaxation..
I have always enjoyed visiting Martini's. It is a stop-the-world-and-get-off- for- awhile type of place for me. The menu is varied, food is tasty, and I can never resist the desserts. I recently entertained friends in from Boulder. I had mentioned Martini's a few times and since they had never been, they wanted to try it. And, they just loved it. They mentioned the variety on the menu, the great way the dishes were prepared, and the total relaxing feeling of the place. We were there for a festival downtown, and almost didnt leave. I know they'll want to go back. And, I've been going for a few years. It's my place to chill.

Bad food and service.
We went to Martini's mid summer. First when we went into the door it seemed like the staff was confused. We made resevations and still waited 30 min till we were sat. As an app I ordered the onion soup. Yes it tasted good but after eating 1/2 of it I bit into a metal shaving (looked like a part of a brillo pad covered in cheese) after showing it to the waiter he just took it away and said we would not be charged. Next came the meal me and a friend ordered the scallops another the pork another the veggie dish. First the pork was pink and cold in the center after eating a few bites in the dark at an outside table it was noticed. Sent back again and were treated badly. Next the scalops also were raw. The veggie plate seemed to be ok. When reciving the cheek the tanted onion soup was still on there also an extra drink was added. When addressed to the Mgr we again were treated poorly. After leaving I felt sick I will never go or reccomend this place to anyone. This place is giving longmont resturants a bad name..
