Terrible Service!!!. I had Mountain Mist Spas repair a pump and they installed the wrong parts. When I put it back in the hot tub it immediately started leaking before I even turned it on. It had not been tested, and completely failed. I had to go and buy a new pump assembly from another dealer, make another 2 hour trip, and install it before the sub zero temperatures ruined the tub. They mislead me, then denied any responsibility, and refused to refund any of the charge. I am filing a claim as soon as the transaction posts. Stay away from this company!!!

Unfortunate. I tried to go and support the local business instead of going to target or walmart, big mistake. I walked in looking for some basic cleaning suplies for a small above ground swimming pool, $80 later I walked out a little leary. When I went to return the items the next day they said, all sales are final and pointed to a small sign far behind the counter. A little honesty, and just a brief mention of the policy would've saved me at least half of what I spent. I guess in todays day small business like these need to use every cheap tactic they can to survive
