A clean property surrounded by large, shady trees in a mostly residential area.. The Scene
The motto here is "Mother Nature is #1," and the management makes sure the motel rooms and park-like grounds are always well-tended. The motel guests tend to be tourists, often visiting from abroad. The RV park is usually filled with construction crews.

The Details
All of the ten rooms have air conditioning, TV with cable, refrigerators and stoves or microwaves. Some of the units have a kitchenette area (including a dining table and chairs), which makes them ideal for extended stays. Daily maid service is included. The 20 RV hookups have water, electricity and sewer, as well as a full bath available for RV guest use. Some of the sites are wired for TV, including HBO, and have telephone hook-ups. A coin-operated laundry is centrally located on the grounds.
