I like to take good care of my car and I feel that Hayes Automotive is a place that can help me do that. The technicians are trained on an ongoing basis and they have the diagnostic tools to help them figure out what your car needs. Clean, friendly waiting area. Ride to and from if you need it.

My friend recommended Haye's to me when I first started noticing problems with my vehicle. Finally, it wasn't starting on a reliable basis so I took it in. They had to run two diagnosis on it and when they located the source of the problem as being the GPS installation that the dealership did, they called my dealership for permission to remedy the issue and my dealership told them they would refund my charges. They dropped me off at home while I waited for the diagnosis and picked me up later. Shop is clean and prices are competitive. Staff is friendly and courteous. These guys will have all my automotive business in the future and I will send my friends here.

I came to Hayes after a longtime relationship with an area dealer's service department. The dealership had been accquired by an out of the area group that layed off all of the original dealer's service people.

I like the idea that Hayes is a local, family owned business and has been arout about 10 years. There's something about owning a business in your own community that I can respect.

As far as my first visit goes, everything went as expected. No issues, no complaints. I believe that I've found my new "go to" place.
