Poor customer service - Not very happy. 1. Did not make any follow up call informing customer the glasses were ready.

2. Make mistake by putting in the wrong power for left and right lenses.

3. Over powered test on glasses prescribed.

4. Customer service on phone duty was rude.

Great Service and Product. I was very impressed with the service at this center. Not only were the staff friendly, they were extremely helpful. The guy that helped me with processing and such was awesome. He even helped me pick out the right pair of glasses (nice to have a male POV). There was also a sale going on with some discontinued (?) frames which he pointed out. I ended up walking out of there having purchased two great pairs of glasses for less than I thought I'd pay for one pair!!!! I will definitely be going back there to get contacts soon. Kudos!!!

(definite plus having DKNY and Vogue brand in there, and for much less than you'd pay at a high end optical center)
