Perfection. I had visited Toledo Glass recently in December, I had my windshield replaced. They had a great prices so I went with them, I was told it might need a molding and the installer Mike was able to save my molding therefore saving me $65.The installer Mike was very knowledgable and professional. He answered all my questions . As i came back to pick the car up. I examined it. They had vacumed out my car, cleaned my dash and left it spotless. Great Job Toledo Glass.. Thank You Mike

I will refer all my friends to Toledo Glass.

I'm irritated too. I've bought mirrors here before and had a glass chip fixed. No problems. I bought a new windshield from here in June. Two weeks ago (December) I got a bad chip from a passing truck. I called to get it repaired but they couldn't see me for 6 days. Although I worried it would spread, and told them so, they couldn't get me in any sooner. So, three days before my appointment the glass has cracked beyond repair. I called to cancel and they basically said, "Too bad." ARg. I definitely won't be going back there again.

Ridiculously bad.. I guess I should've listened to the reviews on here when I searched. If a company only has one star, that must've been earned for a reason.

I called and went in to the store to order a pretty straightforward piece of glass. I was told the date until delivery would be 5 days. Sent in the details and never got a confirmation. Called back the following week and they informed me the order still hadn't been put in and I had to pay up front. So I gave my credit card details.

Received a call the next day to be told the glass wouldn't be delivered for more than 8 days now. Not only that, but stand-offs I had ordered were on 'back order' and they had no idea when they might come in. I asked if I could get standoffs from another supplier, and was informed this was the 'only supplier they worked with.' Really? How about you go an inch out of your way to contact another supplier?

Bad communication and customer service just cost them a $300 job and made me annoyed enough to post my experience.

3x longer than expected on delivery date. I called Toledo Glass and got a quote for a simple two pane insulated window. No problem they were within $1 of the other two glass places I called. So I gave them my CC info and got an estimated date to pick up the window 3-5 days. Now that it has been 10 days later they are telling me it will be another 4 days. WTF...... I am bummed out . Now I have to pay the Carpenter to make a special trip back to my house to install this window.

Thanks for the extra expense Toledo Glass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I won't be calling this place again.
