Decadent cheesecakes and classic American cuisine makes this a popular chain..
In Short
Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.

head across the street.
Your better off heading across the street to the 14th St. Grill. Foods better and it's locally owned and doesn't feel like a dressed up McDonald's or some other chain.
The food is fair, but over priced and the genaric vibe is bad for the special pearl st. locaton.
Support local businesses.

basic chain.
This place is a basic chain. The have good desserts and some of the salads are tasty too. I just don't understand why they serve water in plastic mugs. The restaurant is well decorated, the food can be a little pricy, and they sell ads in their menus. Can they really not afford some basic glasses for water? Plus, ads in the menu is just tacky.
