Chris Boggs, Valley Dodge's Internet Sales Manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on a recent purchase of a 2010 Ram 1500. I have never bought anything sight unseen, let alone an expensive item as a truck. Everything was as Chris described. I purchased on a Friday and the following Thursday it was delivered to my driveway in Michigan.
First, let me say... that we currently have a Dodge Durango 2009 that my husband bought as a company car. We SWORE that we wouldn't buy through Dodge again...because of the horrible people that we had to deal with at GOLDEN Dodge. They are the worst!! Sneaky... so be careful if you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with them! Actually, after we purchased from them... We heard nothing but bad things about that dealership. Guess we should have researched first.
Well, when it came down to getting a truck (my husband's new company vehicle) we avoided Christopher Dodge and went to Boulder.... After all, it wasn't the Dodge we didn't like...
He ended up buying a Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 hemi. It was roomy in the back cab for the kids. Had some cool secret hidden coolers under the back floor mats... which the kids love. Drives nice for a truck... Nice looking...pulls trailers well, etc.
We felt that the floor salesman, Greg Waterman, was great to work with. He was kind, no high-pressure sales. He was also caring for the needs of the wife (me) which was refreshing.
My husband was able to make a GREAT deal with Greg, and his manager... (Can't remember his name but was also pleasant to work with!) and we were able to keep it under the company car allowance budget. There were no hidden charges, etc.
We highly recommend Valley Dodge Boulder!
Great selection.. thank you all for your help! I'll be back again.
They were upfront and had patience for my pickyness. Thanks again
No surprises. They have a great selection and every time I go in they will only show me what I want to see. Even if it isn't time to buy they have patience and show me respect. The service department is awesome too.
This is the first truck I've bought from Valley and I will be back agian
The only good tip I could give someone is to avoid this place. If there is a good review about them somewhere it is likely someone who works there wrote it themselves. As someone who worked there for a short time and moved on to a successful career at another dealer I can tell you they should be in prison for what they do to the kind of people who show up not knowing any better. Yes, the car business is rough in general, but the owner Greg Grubage and his son are the spawn of Satan.
