Long time loyal customer.. We have been customers of Haglin automotive for over fifteen years. Mid day on a friday, My truck broke a fan belt ( or so I thought). I called Judy at Haglin's and told her that I desparetely needed to have my truck back before Monday because I had an important appointment for three horses at the vet and I needeed the truck to haul them. Judy said "bring it in". By the time I was able to get it towed in, it was late on Friday afternoon. Dana and Judy went into the shop on Saturday and spent half the day fixing, not only the fan belt, but the bearings in the pully system that had worn out. They even delivered it back to me that evening because I couldn't get a ride back into the shop to pick it up!

Perfect Customer Service. My husband and I have been having our cars repaired by Haglin for 10 years plus. They have always been up front and stood behind their work no matter what the cost was to them. We have recommended Haglin to friends over the years and they have become long time customers also. No problem is too small and they always will have time to check a little something out if need be

Great quality work. Haglin always does such great quality work! They recently rebuilt my engine in my Subaru and it runs great! I appreciate that such a difficult job was done so well and so quickly! Plus all their work comes with a 2 year warranty, which gives me a peace of mind.

Fantastic employees. Every employee I have spoken to here has always been very kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. I know my car is in good hands here and I'm not overpaying or paying for things I don't need. I recommended Haglin to all my friends.

DOING BUSINESS THE WAY YOU CAN'T FIND ANYMORE THESE DAYS.
Do you ever wonder where customer service has gone when you pick a number? ..or maybe integrity in the auto industry? ..or maybe just general kindness and full custody of a client or product??? ...Well, it's all gone to here!!!! Haglin ROCKS! ..A true Mom&Pop shop that actually has it together on ALL fronts! Professional Service, Kindness, All the facts and (reasonable!) figures up front, a schedule you can count on, a ride if you need it, standing behind their work to no limit, and just people that you would leave your kids or all your cash with if you had to!!! Judy even puts together gift baskets and homemade fudge for children that come in through the holidays! I've brought them classics (POS old cars), 4x4s and luxury cars over 13 years, and they have covered every single detail with amazing competence! Every referral I've made comes back glowing! SO happy to have found HAGLIN!
(and I am NOT an easy customer to please...and I KNOW my cars, even replaced an engine in my own Scout a few years back)

Always so friendly and helpful.. I choose Haglin Automotive for all my Auto Repair and Service needs. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I trust they will always keep my truck running great and safe. Judy and Dana have such a personal touch with their customers. I also love that they keep me informed by email and text reminders of my upcoming appointments!
