Poor communication from the owner. Called for service and no notice of outcome until they showed up a week later and still no update.

Saved my weekend. I was having company over and wanted my friends kids to be able to swim. On the friday before I noticed a leak and my water had turned green! The guys came out that same day, fixed the leak, and cleared the water before my guest arived. I would recomend them to anyone

Very helpful. I walked in to get advice on my hot tub and the person in the office was very helpful . They came out and to look at the pump and found an unexpected leak and what I liked is that they pointed it out to me. I had friends coming in from out of town and I wanted it perfect . They were in and out in record time. They followup and call me. I give them 2 thumbs up ...great job.

Wouldn't trust them with a glass of water. QP was asked to perform some service work on my pool system. They took a long time to get to the job and did so only after several calls. They installed equipment improperly; the connections leaked like sieves; they completely messed up the chemical balance; their work caused damage to other components. All-in-all, I found their work to be incomplete, improper and incompetent. There are much more reputable pool and spa dealers in Boulder.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!. These people are TERRIBLE. They sent out a technician who let my dogs out then ran out on the job before it was finished after realizing what he had done. Nevermind that we never received any paperwork or a bill of any kind (just a charge on a credit card) and I had to spend four hours chasing down dogs but they refused to reimbirse any part of the charge! In the end I was charged $170 for them to change a filter and flip a switch, let my dogs out, leave the cover off, not drain the tub or fix the chemicals. Rude, unprofessional, fraudulant - beware!!!
