The complaint posted may have been a mis-understanding of the terms and conditions of a signed agreement. Due to the complaint being posted without a valid company or contact name, we unfortunately are not able to rectify the situation. All clients receive a copy of signed agreements and disclosures including terms and conditions at the time of the transaction.

Worst service I have ever had in my life!. I called aspen laser & technologies for service on my copier, the ladie who took the call was very nice.

although it has been over a year and they still have not fixed the original problem with my machine.

and I could of bought a new machine for what they have charged me.
