Boasting a sleek decor of blond wood, raw steel and exposed pipes, this taqueria hums with conversation and an eclectic mix of piped-in salsa, rock and reggae. Patrons--mostly on-the-go professionals and parents with kids in tow--line up at an assembly-line style counter for hard and soft tacos or burritos (regular, fajita-style or without the tortilla) made with fillings like grilled chicken or steak, free-range pork or shredded beef.

Decent and Healthy Mexican Chain Food. Chipotle is decent fast food and I eat there regularly. I commend them for using natural meat products and having a healthy menu. However, people need to calibrate their reviews a bit. As good as Chipotle is, it is not a 4.5 star restaurant people!

The few 4+ star restaurants in Longmont include Tortuga's, Lucille's, Sugarbeet and the like.

Chipotle is a 3 star restuarant at best. And I am a fan of theirs!
