Worst customer service. This store is pricey and does not have everything in all the sizes. I went into the store and found some pants but they didn't have them in my size and the color I wanted. They offered to order them and mail them to my house within two days if they had them in Denver at no extra charge. I was impressed. Unfortunately, a week later I dropped by the store to see what was going on because the pants never arrived and they couldn't find the order in their computer. They told me they would call in a couple of days when the person that wrote down the order for me was working. They called me to tell me that they forgot to place the order but that they had the pants now and they could mail them to me or I could drop by and get them myself. This was over a week after I placed my order. I cannot believe they had the nerve to go on as if nothing had happened. This poor organization is unacceptable, their reaction to the problem... even worse. I said I wasn't interested in the pants any more. I am not going back.
